Most notified vs. least notified measures

For the purpose of this analysis, the Agreement is broken down into all 238 article items contained in Section I of the Agreement so that the exact share of Categories A, B and C notification can be calculated accordingly. 

The number of Members that have fully or partially notified the given measure is also displayed on the label.
