This graph shows the commitments towards implementation of this measure by all WTO Members over time.  

Developed Members have committed to implement the Agreement upon entry into force, that is by 22/02/2017.  For developing and LDC Members, it also takes into account the content of their categories A, B and C designations with their respective dates of implementation.  

Implementation obligations only commence once the Member has completed the ratification process.
