How "Single window" works

"Single window" is the mechanism allowing the parties, participating in trade and transport operations, to submit standardized information and documents with use of the single throughput channel for implementation of all regulating requirements concerning import, export, transit. If information has an electronic format, separate elements of data have to be represented only once.

"Tulpar System" is information system of "single window", allowing to submit to all participants of foreign economic activity (foreign trade activities) information demanded by supervisory authorities for implementation of import, export and transit operations.
